Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) is an international professional organization dedicated to providing a forum for the advancement of landscape design and support to its members. It promotes the landscape design profession on a national level. An annual national conference takes place in the United States, and

Perennial Plant Association (PPA) is an international professional trade association dedicated to furthering and enhancing the perennial plant industry and the use of perennials in the landscape. It provides education opportunities and an annual symposium to its national and international members, and participates in promotions of perennial plants to the gardening public.
